Regular Discovery Flight

If you’ve longed to dance among the clouds, take control of an aircraft, or check out Edmonton from above then a discovery flight is for you!

We’ll take you and one passenger on a flight over the city (or anywhere nearby), and we’ll even give you control. Often times, prospective pilots will use this flight to help them decide if they really want to commit to a license.

Whatever you decide, this flight will be one to remember. Don’t forget to bring your camera - taking photos is not only allowed, its encouraged. Call us today and book your discovery flight!

Pricing

Discovery flights will be charged by the hour at our regular rates.

A typical discovery flight over the city will be an hour flight with a half hour briefing by an instructor. It will cost $312 plus GST.

Aerobatic Discovery Flight

Welcome to Namao Flying Club, all you thrill seekers. We are proud to be the only flying club in northern Alberta to offer Aerobatics to you.

If doing loops and rolls is something you’ve dreamed of, then you’ve come to the right place! In an aerobatic discovery flight, you’ll have a wild time tumbling through the air with grace and control. You’ll be introduced to maneuvers that were born and perfected in WWI and WWII.

In addition, we tailor our flights to each passenger - we want you to enjoy the flight without getting airsick.
